Privacy
Economist.pro collects only what it needs to deliver the email briefing you request.
Information collected
If you subscribe, the site stores your email address, confirmation status, subscription dates, unsubscribe credentials, and delivery records. It does not ask for your name, address, employer, or payment information.
How it is used
Your email address is used only to confirm and deliver the Economist.pro daily briefing, handle unsubscribe requests, and diagnose delivery failures. It is not sold, rented, or used for unrelated advertising.
Storage and security
Subscriber records are stored in a private database outside the public website. Confirmation links expire after 24 hours. The public form is rate-limited, and every edition contains an unsubscribe link.
Retention and deletion
An unsubscribed address is retained in suppressed form so it is not mailed again accidentally. To request complete deletion or ask a privacy question, email info@ciolek.ltd.
Public source links
The site links to government agencies and research institutions. Their privacy practices apply after you follow an external link.
